Hello Peoples!
I haven’t had much luck with this thing going out with the regular newsletter, but I’m going to keep trying. Â If I have to manually push it each and every Monday, I will! Â Also, as suspected once the password changes, it changes for all past videos as well. Â This upcoming four-day weekend, I have a LOT of web stuff to update so I’ll set an area up for the class vids as well. Â That will make it easier for subscribers to download them at will also, so look forward to that.
Drawing Class Tuesday nights from 6-7 C : This week will center on cones and pyramids. Â Triangles think circles are pointless and rectangles are too square! Â From ice cream cones to diamonds to cat’s ears, triangles are where it’s at! Â If you want to art along, all you need is a marking instrument (magic marker, pencil, sharp stick, bloody finger…) and a drawing surface (paper, cardboard, sidewalk, lover’s back…). Â If you just want to watch, well then you don’t need no stinking tools!
Painting Class Wednesday nights from 6-7 C : Live painting demo this week is Popcorn. Â During last week’s “make it pop” demo, I liked where the popcorn illustration was going. Â I want to flesh it out a bit and see if it’s ready for prime time. Â If you want to art along, I will be using paper with acrylic gesso, acrylic paints, and probably a touch of watercolor pencils/crayons. Â Again, if you just want to watch, you might just bring popcorn.
Friday Night at the Oasis is still on hold until I get some cheap and permanent heat. It’s like a meat locker in there when the sun goes down.
